Scorpion Props is the work of Dave Steibel who together with his wife Laurie, their two children Emily & Jake & their dog Chai have lived in San Juanico for 20 years.
Dave also runs a busy construction business in San Juanico, building a wide range of custom homes & has constructed dozens of homes in the area.

A Bit About Dave
David Steibel, a native of San Diego has been traveling & exploring the Baja penninsula, it's culture, history & missions since childhood. Dave, a fluent Spanish speaker, studied real estate & majored in International Business at San Diego State University.
Dave & his family are Mexican Citizens & long time residents of Southern Baja. Having first moved to Baja in 1996, they established & ran the Sunrise Cafe in the East Cape for a year, moving to San Juanico in 1997 & managing the Scorpion Bay Cantina & Resort from 1998 until 2006.
Since then Dave has established a thriving real estate & construction business. He has built dozens of homes & assisted a vast array of people in realizing their own Baja dream setup.
